Who we are
Mayvel (formerly ShlokLabs) is a product engineering and industrial AI company, headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, with a development centre in Coimbatore, India. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@mayvel.ai. Mayvel is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What data we collect
We only collect what we need: (1) information you send us through the contact form — your name, email address and message; and (2) anonymised usage data through analytics cookies, but only after you accept them. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies we use
Analytics is switched off by default. Nothing non-essential is set until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_LSGKSKCHJ8) to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymisation enabled. If you decline, these cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process contact-form data on the basis of your request / our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and analytics data on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Third parties
We share data only with processors that help us run the site: Google Analytics (analytics, subject to your consent) and our form provider for delivering contact messages. These providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data retention
Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@mayvel.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
